Pythagoras Pilsner
Italian Pilsner | 4.9% ABV | 30 IBU Floral and citrusy with subtle hints of white grape. Light, biscuity, and capped off with a crisp, dry finish.

Red Ale | 6.4% ABV | 21 IBU A malty red ale with toasty depth, hints of chocolate, and earthy spice from East Kent Goldings and Fuggle. Smooth and warming.
Vin & Aether
Aged Saison | 5.4% ABV | 26 IBU Citra and Ahtanium round out a crisp, oak-kissed saison with notes of white grape, citrus, and subtle tart funk.
